Having completed her training in Business Administration and also graduating in business communications, Jutta Barz-Lahres gathered her first professional experience at BMW, before moving on to gather solid practical experience in the medical technology and electrical engineering industries and finally switching to the executive search business in 1998.

Having worked at Ray & Berndtson International and Heidrick & Struggles and having spent the last six years at Egon Zehnder, she has experienced and shaped all facets of international search processes at the highest level.

Her main focus areas are the automotive, manufacturing and healthcare as well as life sciences/pharmaceuticals sectors. She specializes in international client handling and internal project management and coordination of backup functions, as well as responsibility for the necessary commercial and technical structures.
